I don't either. Well, I do Instagram for business, but that's it. I never would have known about this if Zoe hadn't announced it. I'm so glad they did, so we can pray. My husband told me that this was a planned attack instigated by Elizabeth Warren :(

Just an update, my mother-in-law was diagnosed with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), which is common and treatable. That's the best possible diagnoses she could have been given, so we're very happy. Thank you all for your prayers!

That is amazing. I'd love to hear more about their stories! I wonder if any other clergy, such as Protestant clergy, were aboard the ship and if they did the same?

Those are great books! The Story of a Soul inspired me to take Thérèsa as a Confirmation name. I need tore-read The Interior Castle, I've been inspired to ever since I bought Dan Burke's latest book, which I haven't read yet, but will soon. It's called The Devil in the Castle: St. Teresa of Avila, Spiritual Warfare, and the Progress of the Soul (https://www.catholic365.com/article/15835/new-book-a-battle-manual-for-spiritual-growth.html).. I think many people find de Montfort's book difficult to get through because of the archaic language, but I loved it. I read it before 33 Days to Morning Glory and was very glad I did. Such wonderful classics!

Hello all, I'm pleased to be a member of this site! I'm from Maine, and I work actively in the Church and through my own mission to help raise awareness about domestic abuse. I also provide support and healing to Catholics who have been or are suffering from abusive marriages. I'm a survivor myself, so this topic is my passion now. The sad statistic is that 1 in 3 women have been or are victims of domestic violence, and that statistic doesn't change based on religion--which means that 1 out of every 3 women we encounter in our churches may be silent victims. It's my goal not only to provide help, healing, and resources, but to further educate the clergy and lay leaders about this subject. I'm affiliated with Pax in Familia, Catholics for Family Peace, and other organizations who support this cause.
