I'll Never Know

I’ll never know what I’d do,

Without the kind of friends like you.

I’ll never know how to love,

Until it is given from above.

I’ll never learn to work and share,

If others do not need or care.

I'll never know your shy sweet smile

Unless I tarry for awhile.

For people help us learn to live,

and live to learn how to forgive.

It's then we find out what we need--

Happiness is when we plant that seed,

Water it and watch it grow--

It's then that I will really know!
